All orders are shipped from Karalee, QLD 4306.

We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please note that delays may occur during sales, product launches, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has been shipped, ILASHSZN is not liable for late or lost deliveries. If any issues arise after receiving your tracking details, please contact the courier directly.
Please ensure your selected shipping method is correct at checkout.
Shipping changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.

Local pick-up is available.

🪽 Orders are typically ready within 10–24 hours (up to 48 hours during busy periods)
🪽 You must provide your name, email, and valid ID upon collection
The exact pick-up address will be provided once your order is confirmed.
❄️ Temperature-Sensitive Products
(Adhesives, Primers, Bonders & Removers)
To protect product quality, temperature-sensitive liquids are not shipped on:
🪽Thursdays, Fridays, Weekends & Public Holidays
To have liquids shipped within the same week, orders must be placed before 12:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday.
Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following Monday.
ILASHSZN is not responsible for product spoilage or expiry due to hot weather or incorrect storage once the order has been delivered.
📦 Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, ILASHSZN is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit.
If an issue occurs, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible.
⛔ Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
